I price per job, but I use these hourly rates as a rough guide:
-
£20 per hour for a standard clean
-
£25 per hour for a deep clean
-
£30 per hour for commercial cleaning.
Here's why:
My pricing structure is designed to ensure high-quality, reliable cleaning for every client. For domestic cleaning, the cost is based on the size of your home, the number of rooms to be cleaned, the level of cleaning required, the amount of time & effort each clean takes plus any products and materials needed. (Whether you prefer to use your own products or mine. Using my products will increase the cost, depending on what is needed). Additionally, pricing also helps cover insurance, fuel costs, and travel time between appointments.
This helps both of us:
* Fairer for you: You’ll know the total cost upfront — no surprises based on time or house size.
* Fairer for me: It allows me to price based on the actual work involved, not just square footage or time spent, which can vary a lot between homes.
* More consistent: Some small homes take more effort than big ones. This approach better reflects the true value of each job.
Similarly, for commercial cleaning, the price is determined by the dimensions and requirements of the office or retail space. Each quote is bespoke, designed to reflect the unique needs of every individual and business.
So the first clean will be based on my rough guide of £20ph - £25ph. The final price will be confirmed after the first clean. My rates are a testament to the quality of my work—I approach every job with care, treating your home or space as my top priority and always delivering 100%.
