I often get asked about things like pricing, when I work, what services I offer, and what areas I cover. To make things easier, I’ve put together answers to my most common questions—whether you're wondering how often to book a clean, what equipment I use, or how to pay. Pricing -
how much do you charge?
- I aim to keep pricing fair, transparent, and based on your individual cleaning needs.
-In short - £20 for a standard clean & 25ph for a deep clean.
Quoting per job (instead of per hour) helps both of us:
* Fairer for you: You’ll know the total cost upfront — no surprises based on time or house size.
* Fairer for me: It allows me to price based on the actual work involved, not just square footage or time spent, which can vary a lot between homes.
* More consistent: Some small homes take more effort than big ones.
This approach better reflects the true value of each job.
I will give you a more accurate price after seeing your home and completing the first clean.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
At the moment - nope.
It is something that does pop up in my mind, but for now, no I don't take deposits.


Cancellations/fees?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled clean will require a 50% payment of the total service cost. This helps cover time and preparation set aside for your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. There's no charge if you give me enough notice.

Can you tailor your services to specific needs and preferences?
Yes absolutely! In fact, I encourage it!
** The Besopoke Package **
You tell me what you need —I'll build the package around that. For example:
- Inside fridge or microwave cleaning
- Kitchen cupboard cleaning (inside/out)
- Use of eco-friendly or specific products etc.
Whether it's a one-off deep clean, help before/ after an event, or extra tasks added to a regular clean - I'll do my best to customise it to suit your home and schedule.

What are your working days?
Currently:
Monday - Thursday from 1.30pm onwards.
Soon to be:
Monday AM - PM
Tuesday AM - PM
Wednesday PM only
Thursday AM - 4pm
Do you use low-toxic products?
This is something I think about often and definitely leading into...

It is certainly an option in the bespoke package which would come with additional costs due to the purchasing of the products etc. Unless you or the client has products of their own they would like/prefer me to use!


What type of payments do you accept?
Will I get a receipt/invoice?
I accept bank transfer & cash. These need to be paid before 12pm midnight. (Feel free to have a look on the terms & conditions page for more details on this)
